Questions
- What is commission paid on?
- What the customer pays, before VAT, after any discount. Orders on your link or code are credited to you; your own orders aren’t.
- When do I get paid?
- Commission is confirmed once an order is past its 30-day return window, then paid monthly by PayPal once you’re owed £25 or more. Anything less rolls into the next month.
- What if someone uses my code and someone else’s link?
- The code wins: it’s the clearest sign of who sent them. Otherwise the most recent link clicked in the last 30 days gets the order.
- What happens if an order is returned?
- Commission on a refunded order is cancelled. If it had already been paid, it’s taken off your next payout.
- Do I need a big audience?
- Not to be an affiliate. For the Creator programme we look at how well your content fits and how engaged your audience is, not only its size.
- What about tax?
- Commission is income. You’re responsible for declaring it; we can send you a statement of what you’ve earned.
