The small print
- Purchase points are for each whole pound paid, after discounts and credit, once payment clears.
- Points from an order are taken back if it's refunded or cancelled, and any points you spent on it are returned.
- Review points are for products you've bought from us, with a few sentences about them. Photo and video points follow once we've checked them. Videos can be up to 60 seconds.
- Warranty points are once per SMARTGEAR order, registered while signed in.
- Referral credit is paid when your friend's first order is paid, and taken back if it's refunded.
- Points have no cash value and can't be transferred. We may change the programme with notice.
