What is SMARTGEAR Rewards?
SMARTGEAR Rewards is SmartGear Outlet’s free loyalty programme. Members earn PowerPoints on purchases, reviews, warranty registration, referrals and their birthday, and spend them at checkout: 100 points = £1 off.
How many points do I earn?
250 points for joining, 5 points for every whole £1 you pay, 200 for registering a SMARTGEAR warranty, 200 for a verified review, 500 for a review with photos or video, 500 when a friend you refer places their first order, and 500 on your birthday.
How much are PowerPoints worth?
100 points are worth £1 off. Spend them in steps of 100 (£1) by ticking “Use my points” at checkout. They can be used alongside our own discount codes, but not with a creator’s or affiliate’s code. A £50 order earns 250 points, worth £2.50.
How does Give £5, Get £5 work?
Share your referral link. Your friend gets £5 off their first order of £20 or more, and you get 500 points (£5) when it’s paid, spendable once it’s past the 30-day return window.
Is SMARTGEAR Rewards free to join?
Yes. Create a free SmartGear Outlet account and you’re a member, with 250 welcome points (£2.50) straight away.
What happens to points if I return an order?
Points earned on a refunded or cancelled order are taken back, and any points you spent on it are returned to your balance. Points have no cash value and can’t be transferred.
The small print
- Purchase points are for each whole pound paid, after discounts and credit, once payment clears.
- Points from an order are taken back if it's refunded or cancelled, and any points you spent on it are returned.
- Review points are for products you've bought from us, with a few sentences about them. Photo and video points follow once we've checked them. Videos can be up to 60 seconds.
- Warranty points are once per SMARTGEAR order, registered while signed in.
- Give £5.00, get £5.00: your friend gets £5.00 off their first order of £20.00 or more (not with other discount codes). Your credit is added when that order is paid, can be spent once it's past the 30-day return window, and is taken back if it's refunded. Orders delivered to your own address don't count.
- Points can't be used on an order with a creator's or affiliate's code; they're kept for your next order.
- Points have no cash value and can't be transferred. We may change the programme with notice.
