Do you ship internationally?
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only, and don’t currently ship abroad.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order anytime by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
Which carriers do you use?
UK orders are sent by Royal Mail or DPD, with tracking included.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
All orders are insured. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We'll file a claim and send a replacement or issue a refund.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update your shipping address. Please contact us immediately with your order number and new address. Once shipped, address changes are not possible.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, we deliver to UK PO boxes. Next-working-day timing may not apply to PO box addresses.
