Get Return Authorization
We'll review your request within 24 hours and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and prepaid shipping label via email.
Pack Your Items
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documents. Attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Track your return using the tracking number provided on your shipping label.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 2-3 business days. The refund will appear in your account within 5-10 days.

Quick answers to common return questions
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return any item for a full refund. The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all packaging and accessories.
How do I start a return?
Log into your account, go to "My Orders", find the order you want to return, and click "Return Items". Follow the prompts to complete your return request. You'll receive a return authorization and prepaid shipping label via email.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping is FREE for defective or incorrect items. For standard returns (change of mind), customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless you have our Premium Protection plan. However, we provide a discounted return shipping label.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days of receiving your return at our warehouse. Depending on your payment method, the refund will appear in your account within 5-10 business days. Credit card refunds typically process faster than bank transfers.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
Yes! We offer exchanges for different products or sizes. Simply contact our support team to arrange an exchange. We'll cover the return shipping for exchanges and send your new item right away.
What if I received a defective or wrong item?
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We'll send a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund. Take photos of the issue to speed up the process.
Can I return opened products?
Unopened products in original packaging receive full refunds. Opened products may be accepted but could be subject to a 15% restocking fee if they show signs of use. Hygiene-sealed items cannot be returned once opened.
What items cannot be returned?
Gift cards, clearance/final sale items, and personalized products cannot be returned. All other products are eligible for return within 30 days.
